The HPM788 Ceramic Hygienic Pressure Transmitter features an imported ceramic sensor as the sensitive component, utilizing a flat film encapsulation method to directly capture pressure signals. Leveraging the high elasticity, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance of ceramic, this transmitter offers exceptional heat stability and minimal temperature fluctuations. With a minimum range of 300Pa and an overload capacity several times that of full-scale, it effectively addresses issues related to limited overload capacity for small ranges, making it ideal for micro pressure measurements. The absence of filling liquid in the ceramic sensor prevents process contamination, and the dry-type ceramic diaphragm is unaffected by installation orientation. By utilizing an exposed stress diaphragm at the clamp end for direct pressure reception, it eliminates problems like scaling, unhygienic conditions, and viscous pressure blockages. Widely applicable in pharmaceuticals, food processing, distilling, and other hygienic industries, as well as in environments prone to scaling in the measuring medium.
