HPM5010 Intelligent pressure controller adopts high integration ARM and industrial grade MCU as the core and combines with high-accuracy AD converter and high-stability pressure sensor. It is carefully calibrated to ensure fast and accurate pressure measurement and switching action. Three large touch buttons with backlight and with display function design can make the field setting very conveniently. This product combines pressure switch, transmitter and display together and is equipped with two-way switch output (PNP or NPN), one-way analog output signal and one-way RS485 interface. It can be used to monitor pressure for liquid and gas. It is suitable for machinery manufacturing, machine tool system, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pressure monitoring, pumps, compressors, and other general industrial fields.

Two pressure control points can be specified for machine sequences, alarms or protection logic. Depending on the selected configuration, the transistor switching output is PNP or NPN. Each switch can be configured as normally open or normally closed.
The two red switch indicators provide a direct view of output status during setup and troubleshooting.
Where the controller also needs a continuous pressure value, the HPM5010 can be ordered with a current or voltage output. This allows the same measuring point to support local indication and remote monitoring without adding a separate transmitter.
RS485 with Modbus communication is available for connection to compatible industrial control or data-acquisition systems. Network parameters, the register map and the exact output combination should be confirmed for the ordered version before PLC or SCADA programming begins.
Please match the selected output to the electrical input of your receiving controller. PNP and NPN are transistor switching formats; they are not interchangeable with an analog pressure signal.
A PNP output sources the positive supply to the connected load when the output changes state. It is commonly selected for PLC input modules designed for sourcing sensors.
An NPN output sinks current to the common or ground side. Select an NPN output when your PLC or controller input is designed for a sinking sensor. Confirm the input circuit and common arrangement instead of choosing by regional convention alone.
We offer 0–5 V, 1–5 V, and 0–10 V output options for compatibility with various control inputs. Voltage signals are suitable for relatively short cable runs in controlled electrical environments. Please confirm the input impedance and common reference of your receiving device before selection.
Current output options include 4–20 mA, while the technical table also references a configurable 0/4–20 mA format. Current transmission is useful when a continuous pressure value must be carried to a PLC, display or acquisition module. RS485 provides digital communication for compatible Modbus networks. It can support centralized reading of pressure data where the system architecture favors digital communication. Please configure the communication settings, node address, cable specification, and termination according to the protocol documentation supplied with your HPM5010.
Each switching point can be set for normally open or normally closed operation. The correct state depends on how the machine should react during normal pressure, an alarm and loss of power. Please define the required control logic before commissioning.
Hysteresis mode uses a switch point and a reset point. The separation between them helps prevent repeated output changes when pressure fluctuates close to the threshold. This mode suits pump start/stop control, compressor supervision and high- or low-pressure alarms.
Window mode evaluates whether pressure remains inside or outside a defined band. It can be used where the process must stay between minimum and maximum pressure limits rather than respond to one threshold only.
The switch delay can be set from 0.00 to 1000.0 seconds. A suitable delay can prevent short pressure pulses from triggering an unwanted action. Delay settings should not be used to mask genuine pressure instability or an incorrectly sized measuring range.
The HPM5010 uses three touch keys with blue backlighting for field configuration. Chinese and English menu languages are available. The OLED display can be electronically rotated through 180 degrees, while the main body can rotate through 330 degrees to improve the viewing direction after installation.
This two-part adjustment is useful when the process connection fixes the sensor position but the operator needs the display to face an aisle or service area. Please rotate the display and body only within their permitted mechanical ranges, and do not use the housing as a lever when tightening the process connection.
The on-device interface allows technicians to review pressure, units, output status and configuration without opening a separate control panel. Access to settings should remain under the plant’s commissioning and change-control procedures.

We offer material configurations including 316L stainless steel, tantalum, Hastelloy, and titanium for different application requirements. These options are not automatically suitable for every corrosive medium, so please review the fluid concentration, operating temperature, cleaning chemicals, and seal requirements before selecting the material code.
We specify a medium temperature range of -30 to +80°C for the HPM5010. For hotter processes, you may need a suitable cooling element, impulse line, or high-temperature instrument to keep the sensor within its operating limits.
The HPM5010 can monitor line, accumulator or actuator pressure and provide a switching signal when the process reaches a defined limit. Its analog or RS485 option can send the measured value to the control system for trending or process supervision.
In compressed-air equipment, the two switch points can be assigned to low- and high-pressure conditions. The selected measuring range should suit the normal working band and expected pressure peaks.
